Welcome to Human Resource Development Centre

“Building human capital through an entrepreneurial commitment”

The HRDC is one of the premier and most accomplished centers of Institute of Management Sciences. It was established in 2003 in line with the institute’s strategic imperative to enhance and strengthen its overall scope not only in terms of academic programmes (Bachelors & Masters) but also through subject/discipline-specific centres.

The centre not only carries out applied and need-based research to generate knowledge but most importantly imparts relevant skills to the public and private sector through trainings and capacity building programs.

Learning and development
  • We help organizations re-focus towards their strategic vision, mission, and goals through provision of training, facilitation, and consulting services.
  • We facilitate the continuous improvement of employee knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
  • We make learning accessible, enjoyable, interesting, and relevant. We also invest in our own professional development.
People
  • We recognize and respect the inherent value of each individual.
  • We encourage growth and development in people in all respects, including capabilities, ideas, interests, goals, and perspectives.
